Q. What is the age range of your tricycles?

Our tricycles cater for ages from 2 1/2 years through to adult. Our sizing chart will guide you to the most suitable size of tricycle.

Q. How can I transport/store your larger tricycles?

All of our tricycle models - with the exception of the IMP - can be supplied with a frame folding mechanism. This will allow the tricycle to be split into two pieces for ease of storage and transport.

This is an option and must be specified when ordering your tricycle.

Q. How can I see one of your tricycles?

Q. Is there any assistance available for funding?

Theraplay has close links with a large number of charities and organisations which provide funding assistance for the purchase of our cycles. We have developed these links over the years and are now either the sole supplier or prefererred supplier with many of these organisations. The charities work hard to assist families with their funding requests but sometimes it is not possible to grant either full funding or part funding, we would therefore recommend approaching more than one charity with your request.

The TRACER model is designed to provide enhanced stability for larger riders. The semi-recumbent seating position provides unrivalled comfort and style for cycling. From its easy-rider handlebars through to its supportive seating, the TRACER offers significantly improved handling and stability over conventional tricycles and is ideally suited to the more active and adventurous rider. The TRACER's low centre of gravity frame design offers two key benefits, ease of transfer and improved stability especially when cornering at higher speeds.

The sleek low profile frame is constructed from flat side oval tubing which provides strength and style. The frame comes with a frame folding/seperating mechanism for storage and transportation. The pedals are mounted in front of the seat and are fitted with self balance pedals with toe clips. The seat adjusts forwards and backwards on sliding rails so adjustment for leg length is simple and quick. The seat can be detatched from the frame for transportation and storage.

All TRACER models are fitted with a front suspension fork unit with disc and V-Style brakes for greater stopping power and enhanced comfort. This comes with an EZ Access handlebar stem which can be adjusted for arm reach and can be moved to allow easier access onto the cycle. There are two brakes levers, one has a parking brake feature. There are gearing options available for the TRACER range, fixed gear, freewheel gear or option drive gear and a new 5 Speed Hub Gear model.
